MTEC Time Tracker is a mobile application developed by MoveUp AI Works on behalf of Montana Employment Consultants, LLC ("MTEC"). This app is intended exclusively for use by authorized employees and contractors of MTEC. This policy explains how we handle user data within the app.

1. Who Can Use This App

This application is not intended for public use. Only MTEC personnel who have been invited or authorized by the organization can access and use the MTEC Time Tracker.

2. Information We Collect

The app collects the following information:

  • Time Entry Data: Hours worked and optional notes provided by the user
  • User Identifiers: Such as your email address, used to associate entries with your MTEC account

No sensitive personal data (e.g., biometric, financial, or health data) is collected.

3. Purpose of Data Collection

All data collected is used solely for internal operational purposes, including:

  • Logging time entries related to projects and work performed
  • Facilitating accurate timesheet management and recordkeeping for MTEC

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or analytics across unrelated apps or services.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data submitted through the app is stored in a secure cloud database provided by Supabase and is accessible only to authorized MTEC personnel and the app's developers at MoveUp AI Works.

We follow reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect your data from unauthorized access.

5. Sharing of Information

Your data is:

  • Not sold, rented, or shared with any third parties
  • Only accessible to MTEC's internal team and MoveUp AI Works for maintenance and support
  • Never used for commercial or marketing purposes

6. User Rights and Access

If you would like to request access to, correct, or delete any of the information you've submitted through the app, please contact your MTEC administrator.

7. Data Retention

We retain your time entry data for as long as necessary to fulfill business and legal requirements. If you leave MTEC or your access is revoked, your data will remain in the system for recordkeeping purposes but will no longer be actively accessible to you.

8. Children's Privacy

This app is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Users will be notified of any material changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
